Search for user ID is case-sensitive

| | | | Problem | A user search in IBM Workplace Collaboration Learning 2.7.0.3 suddenly becomes case-sensitive. For example, when you go to Learning Management --> Users --> Manage Users, and search for the user ID, 'Wpsadmin" or "W*", nothing is returned. If you use lower case ("wpsadmin" or "w*"), the search is successful.
