How to deploy the Workplace Learning 2.7 Online Help files

Question
When launching IBM® Workplace™ Collaborative Learning 2.7 after an install, you click the question mark icon (?) to get to the Online Help page but receive a lengthy "Error page exception" error.
For example, on the Learning Management panel, you expand Catalog Management --> Master Catalog --> click "?", and receive the following error message:
    Error page exception
    The server cannot use the error page specified for your application to handle the Original Exception printed below. Please see the Error Page Exception below for a description of the problem with the specified error page.
    Original Exception:
    Error Message: JSPG0036E: Failed to find resource /help/en/courseadmin/p_wcllm_t_cm_manage_masters.jsp
    Error Code: 404
    Target Servlet: null
    Error Stack:
    java.io.FileNotFoundException: JSPG0036E: Failed to find resource /help/en/courseadmin/p_wcllm_t_cm_manage_masters.jsp
    at com.ibm.ws.jsp.webcontainerext.JSPExtensionProcessor.findWrapper(JSPExtensionProcessor.java:270)

How do you deploy the Online Help files in Workplace Learning 2.7?
 
Cause
This situation occurs because the Online Help files have not yet been deployed to the lmmWeb.war directory.
 
Answer
Workaround:
1. Manually create a Help directory in the lmmWeb.war directory.

2. Locate the "lms-help.zip" file in the following directory:
    ...\PortalServer\Learning\Learning\learningserver\help
3. Extract the lms-help.zip file to the Help directory you create in Step 1, for example:

    ...\WebSphere\profiles\wp_profile\installedApps\<server>\LearningServer.ear\lmmWeb.war\help

A Portal server restart is not required.
