IBM Workplace Collaborative Learning 2.7

IBM® Workplace™ Collaborative Learning 2.7 is a portal-based learning management system that provides learning services to help organizations manage their training programs more efficiently and integrates learning resources on the desktop.

Space requirements

• Installing IBM WebSphere® Application Server, IBM WebSphere Portal, IBM HTTP Server, Workplace Collaborative Learning, and the back-end databases requires a minimum of 17 GB of free disk space.

  NOTE: If you use a two-server deployment or a multiple-server network deployment, the server that stores the databases for Workplace Learning requires a minimum of 10GB of free disk space. The server that stores the software components for Workplace Learning requires a minimum of 7GB of free disk space.

• 4 DB RAM is required to run Workplace Learning

Downloading and assembling the product

1. Download all of the parts that you need, both required and optional.
2. Unpack each of the parts into a single temporary directory on your system.
3. Follow the Installation Instructions (below) to install the product.
