Cognosのソフトウェア製品のすべてのバージョンに関するサポート状況の概要は、以下の通りです。本ページ下方で定義するActive (アクティブ)或いはInactive (非アクティブ)というサポート状況により、サポート対象のお客様にご利用いただいている特定のソフトウェア・バージョンに対して、現在どの様なサポート・サービスをご提供しているのかをご案内いたします。コグノスの方針として、サポート状況がActiveとなっているコグノス製品に対してのみ、修正版を提供いたしますので、サポート状況がActiveとなっているソフトウェアのバージョンへとアップグレードされることを、コグノスより強くご推奨申し上げます。尚、本ページでご紹介する内容は、特に記載がない限り、コグノス製品の英語版、及び、ローカライズされたバージョンに適用されるものとなります。
