You will need the following to access downloads on IBM.com:
- Your IBM Site ID
- Your IBM Web ID
Tips to get started
Use the following links on IBM.com to download your IBM Cognos products:
- IBM Software and Services site - current products
To download a product, log into Passport Advantage and then:
1. Find by search text using the product name
2. Find by part number if you know the eAssembly Part Number (for example, from your order)
3. Find by categories:- Select Brand = "Information Management"
Select Family Name = "IBM Cognos Business Intelligence"
Select Platform = for example, "Windows"
- Cognos Legacy Downloads – back releases of supported product versions
- Fix Central - Service Packs, Fix Packs, Emergency Fixes, etc
