Disable deferred DDL execution feature of IBM DB2 Content Manager before installing IBM eDiscovery Manager Version 2.1

Abstract
The installation of IBM® eDiscovery Manager Version 2.1 will fail if the deferred DDL execution feature of IBM DB2® Content Manager is enabled.

If the deferred DDL execution feature is enabled on the IBM DB2 Content Manager server that IBM eDiscovery Manager connects to, the eDiscovery Manager installation will fail with a data model creation error that is similar to the following error:

    [ERROR] DGL5050A: SQL error executing query.  XQPE query: /EDMConfig. Return code: 7015.  Reason code: 0.  Extended return code: -204.  Extended reason code: 0.;  ICM7015: During an SQL operation in the library server, an unexpected error occurred.  For details on the error, refer to the database document. (SERVER RC) : 7015

The IBM eDiscovery Manager installation program creates item types and relies on those item types being created immediately. Thus, the deferred DDL execution feature on IBM DB2 Content Manager must be disabled.
