Troubleshooting
Problem
Tivoli Monitoring for Energy Management Reporting and Optimization is unable to load reports when Cygwin is installed. It is unable to find DB2's CLI/ODBC dll.
Resolving The Problem
Remove the Cygwin\bin directory from your PATH environment variable.
