ITCAM for Transactions V7.1 Fixpack 1, released on December 22, 2008, extends domain tracking coverage, new enhancements to Web Response Time and Robotic Response.
 
Content
ITCAM for Transactions V7.1 Fixpack 1, which will be released on December 22, 2008, extends domain tracking coverage to support CTG V7.1, Messaging Broker Tracking V6.0+, JDBC Tracking for Websphere Application Server, and IMS. Web Response Time support has been extended to include WRM WebSeal/TAM Client IP support and WRM Process Post request data. Robotic Response support has been extended to include RPT 8 support and Citrix nFuse support.
ITCAM for Transactions offers a comprehensive end-to-end transaction management solution for IT operations that may need to track transaction flows across heterogeneous environments. It is designed to monitor, alert, and report on the availability and response time of business transactions, and deliver problem isolation through true end-to-end transaction tracking across the application infrastructure. Key components include Client Response, Response Time, and Transaction Tracking. With this release, ITCAM for Transactions can more effectively manage application availability and end user experience that directly impact business operation, so it provides you with an entry point and up sell opportunity.
