New labor line is not generated when pressing ENTER in labor field

This document explains how to set webclient.properties in order to have the ENTER key to generate a new labor line when pressed, in Work Order Tracking Application, Actuals tab.
Steps to replicate:
0.First off, install the hotfix dated after Feb04th-2008 to a Maximo 6.2.1 environment.
1.Open Maximo logged as maxadmin.
2.Go to Work Order Tracking app.
3.Search for an approved workorder and bring it up to the screen.
4.Go to Actuals tab.
5.In the Labor section, insert a new labor row, by clicking NEW ROW.
6.On the labor field, type LEE and press ENTER.
7.A new row will not be automatically created. This didn't behave this way before. See comments below.

Here are areas where the Enter key functionality has changed. It is not comprehensive just some examples. When building a Work Plan on a Work Order. Before the patch you could enter data into the description on a task line then press Enter and a new task line would be created just as if you had clicked New Row. It does not do that now. On the Actuals tab of Work Order under the Labor tab after the first new row was created you could enter the appropriate data then press Enter and a new row would be created just as if you had clicked on the New Row button. It does not do that now. Solution (to have the Enter key functionality back, adding new row when pressed):
Under the root .....maximo\applications\maximo\properties , there is a file called webclient.properties , and if you edit it in a text editor and add the following line, then you will have the Enter key functionality back. The line is : webclient.usedefaultbuttons=true
After that, please rebuild the EAR files.
Then the new line will be added when pressing ENTER when the cursor in on the Labor field.
