Abstract

Product add-ons customize the IBM Support Assistant experience and allow focused, product-specific help resources, search capabilities and automated data collection. Preview the name of the available Product Add-Ons listed below. Once IBM Support Assistant is installed, product add-ons can quickly and easily be added using the built-in Updater component of IBM Support Assistant.

The product add-ons that have an asterisk (*) after their name are ones that contain data collection scripts. Any product add-on that has data collection can be exported into an IBM Support Assistant (ISA) Lite from the IBM Support Assistant Workbench.

IBM Support Assistant Workbench 4.1 reaches end of service on March 31, 2015. Instead, you can use the IBM Support Assistant Team Server and IBM Support Assistant Data Collectors. See IBM Support Assistant on the Support Portal for additional information.
