Unable to uninstall Lotus Forms Server or Lotus Forms Turbo in User Interface (UI) mode

Abstract
When attempting to uninstall Lotus Forms Server components or Lotus Forms Turbo using the UI mode, the console mode is displayed instead.

If you installed the Lotus Forms Server components or Lotus Forms Turbo using console mode, then you will not be able to uninstall either of these products in UI mode. If you try to uninstall in UI mode, the console mode uninstall is displayed.
