After Fix Pack 3 had been installed the original FNPoll module needs to be restored to the /fnsw/bin directory.
As the root user:

1. Rename the FNPoll module
    > cp /fnsw/bin/FNPoll /fnsw/FNPoll.FP3

2. Restore previous FNPoll module from the /fnsw/hfp/backup/fnsw/bin directory
    > cp /fnsw/hfp/backup/fnsw/bin/FNPoll /fnsw/bin/FNPoll

3. Change the permission on the FNPoll module
    > chmod 6755 /fnsw/bin/FNPoll

    Or run:
    >fn_setup and accept the defaults.
