Question
Can you install and use an 8.0.x version of IBM® Lotus® Quickr™ services for Lotus Domino® on a platform configured to use version 6 of the Java™ Runtime Environment?
 
Answer
The use of Lotus Quickr 8.0.x services for Domino is supported only on servers and clients configured with Java Runtime Environment version 5.0. This is documented in the 8.0 and 8.0.0.2 system requirements.

At this time, Java 6 is not supported.
