The ITCAM for Web Resources 6.2.0.4 J2EE Agent (TEMA) cannot be installed locally or remotely to ITM_HOME created from an ITM 6.2 Agent.

An error occurs during a remote installation of the TEMA.

When you attempt to start the TEMA , an error message indicating that "KWJ_LIBJVM does not exist" is displayed:

ITM_HOME was created with ITM 6.2 Agent.

In Windows, the ITCAM WR 6.2.0.4 TEMA and ITM 6.2 Agents cannot coexist on one server.
In Unix, the ITCAM WR 6.2.0.4 TEMA cannot be installed on an ITM_HOME created with ITM 6.2 Agents.

In Windows, it is not possible to perform a local or a remote installation of ITCAM for WR 6.2.0.4 TEMA if ITM_HOME was created with ITM 6.2 Agents.

Instead, install the ITCAM for WR 6.2.0.4 TEMA on a Windows server, which does not have ITM 6.2 Agents. Then the TEMA can be configured to connect to the Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server (TEMS) and Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server (TEPS) of ITM 6.2 version without any problem.

For a local Unix or Linux configuration, install the ITCAM for WR 6.2.0.4 TEMA on a separate ITM_HOME, one that has not been created by ITM 6.2 Agents. Then, the ITCAM for WR 6.2.0.4 TEMA can be configured to connect to Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server (TEMS) and Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server (TEPS) of ITM 6.2.

For a remote Unix or Linux installation, choose one of the following installation methods:
1. Install the ITCAM for WR 6.2.0.4 TEMA on a separate ITM_HOME, one that has not been created by ITM 6.2 Agents,

2. Create an ITM61 ITM_HOME on the server, this can be achieved by installing the ITM 6.1 Operating System Agent and remotely deploying to that ITM_HOME.
