Error description

• Under very high load with many users attempt to log in to the
  eProcess server at the same time, users may encounter a
  contention where server is too busy validating the security
  authentication.  Minimizing the global lock semaphores helps to
  optimize the performance for root logon.

Problem conclusion

• Resolved by minimizing the global lock semaphores which helps to
  optimize the performance for root logon. Fixed in
  eProcess-5.2.0-1018
