Problem
Is there a reason that this error message is displayed while trying to create a work order from the Asset application?
Symptom
BMXAA4544E - If the planned material is not direct request, you must specify a location.
Cause
1. Go to the Assets (T&D) Application and select an asset.
2. From the "Select Action" menu create a work order.
3. After the "Work Order" dialog is displayed, click "OK".
Your will receive the follow error
BMXAA4544E - If the planned material is not direct request, you must specify a location.
Resolving The Problem
You can request an IFIX for APAR IZ99905.
