Question

Is it possible to view recent repairs that have taken place for a given asset in Maximo for Transportation?

Answer

You configure options for viewing recent repairs in the Organizations (Tr) application from the "Select Action", Transportation Options. In the dialog displayed below, you can configure recent repairs (work orders) for the given asset to be displayed automatically.






Once you've configured how the recent repairs should be displayed, you can go to Work Order Tracking (Tr), Quick Reporting (Tr), or the Mechanic's Clipboard (Tr) to view this info when an asset is added to the record.






Please note that this option can delay processing of the record on save and select.
