STEPS: apply the latest 7505 Interim Fix TPAE_7505_IFIX.20131125-1226.psi.zip in maxdemo create and activate the following Assets: 69036,69038,69040,69042 create Data Sheet Template M05 go to work assets tab add assets 69036 69038 69040 69042 Approved the Data Sheet create Job Plan 428 go to work assets tab add assets 69036 69038 69040 69042 Attached Assets from above list Attached Data Sheet M05 to Each Asset Activated the Job Plan create 4 PMs below: Create PM parent asset 69036 Job Plan 428 work type PMCAL Create PM child1 asset 69038 Job Plan 428 work type PMCAL Create PM child2 asset 69040 Job Plan 428 work type PMCAL Create PM child3 asset 69042 Job Plan 428 work type PMCAL bring up parent PM go to Hierarchy Tab Attached PMs child1,child2,child3 click change status icon on the toolbar new status = ACTIVE tick roll new status to all child PMs checkbox bring up PM parent go to select action, generate work order untick use frequency criteria The following work orders got generated BMXAA3208I - PM PARENT created work order 1218. BMXAA3208I - PM CHILD1 created work order 1219. BMXAA3208I - PM CHILD3 created work order 1220. BMXAA3208I - PM CHILD2 created work order 1221. on work order 123381 datasheet tab there are 4 duplicate rows in the associated data sheets section datasheet M05 (with asset 69036) has been repeated 4 times on work order 123382 datasheet tab datasheet M05 (with asset 69038) has been repeated 4 times on work order 123383 datasheet tab datasheet M05 (with asset 69040) has been repeated 4 times on work order 123384 datasheet tab datasheet M05 (with asset 69042) has been repeated 4 times NOTE: calibration 712 only showed one row

Problem conclusion
This issue has been resolved as part of IV54922 (NO DATASHEETS ARE NOT BEING ATTACHED TO THE WORKORDER WHEN A CAL ASSET AND CAL JP IS ATTACHED TO A WO). The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance package: | release\fix pack\interim fix for Release 7.5.0.6 of Base Services and Interim Fix 7.5.0.5 of Base Services.
