Abstract
The IBM Support Portal provides a centralized view of all technical support tools and information across IBM systems, software, and services. You can tailor the pages to suit your needs, focusing on the products you care about and organizing the portlets on the pages to reflect the way you work.
 
Content
To try out the portal:
  1. Go to http://www.ibm.com/support/entry/portal.
  2. To have full access to the portal's customization features, click the sign in link on the right side of the masthead and sign in with your IBM ID and password.

Our goal is to simplify your online support experience, reduce the time it takes to find the information you need to solve problems, and alert you to information that can help you avoid problems.

We're continuing to improve the Support Portal, and would like to hear from you. So start using the Support Portal and tell us what you think using the feedback link in the portal, or by commenting in the IBM Electronic Support Community blog. Your comments will help guide the future direction of the portal.
