Extra permission is required for an admin user to import governance profile sample content

If, however, you have configured security so that specific users, or user groups, are assigned to the governance profile roles, you must add the ArchitectUpdateRights permission to the GPAdministrator role. To do this, carry out the following steps:

1. Open the WebSphere Service Registry and Repository Web UI, and log in using a user id that has been granted the GPAdministrator role.
2. Switch to the Configuration perspective.
3. Click Active Configuration Profile > Access Control, and then click on Roles.
4. On the Manage Roles page, click GPAdministrator.
5. On the GPAdministrator details page, click Permissions under Additional Properties.
6. On the Manage Permissions page, click Add an Existing Permission.
7. Select the check box alongside ArchitectUpdateRights and click Select Permissions. The user now has the permissions necessary to import the governance profile sample content.
