Abstract
The Energy Policy Act of 2005 changes the effective dates of Daylight Saving Time for the United States beginning in 2007. Other countries, such as New Zealand and Australia, have also revised their Daylight Saving Time rules. Actions are required to address Daylight Saving Time revisions in many software applications, including operating systems. Is Lotus Expeditor affected?
