Error with selfmonitoring after Installing 4.0.2-TIV-NCI-IF0001

Abstract
After installing IF1 for Impact 4.0.2 you may not be able to connect to object servers depending on the properties set up for self monitoring.

After installing IF-00001 for Impact 4.0.2 you might be unable
to connect to object servers and on the gui display only 4
services will show up. The problem is that selfmonitoring has this
two properties set to true:
1) If you have the patch installed and currently experience the
issue. Do the following:
- Stop WASCE by entering $NCHOME/bin/wasce stop
- cd $NCHOME/impact/etc/
vi <Your_servername>_selfmonitoring.props
- set the following option to false:
2) If you don't have the patch installed, then do the following
before installing this patch:
Turn off self monitoring using the gui before installing the patch
Uncheck the box labeled - Startup: Automatically when server starts
-- Stop WASCE by entering $NCHOME/bin/wasce stop
- cd $NCHOME/impact/etc/
vi <Your_servername>_selfmonitoring.props
- set the following option to false:
impact.selfmonitoring.autostartup=false
- Start WASCE by entering $NCOME/bin/wasce start, make sure everything is OK
- Then apply the patch
