The WebSphere Commerce DB2 Report tool relies on the db2collect.sh script to gather DB2 configuration and performance data using DB2 Monitor routines and views. The collection is lightweight and provides a high level overview of the database performance. Out of Memory errors happen in different flavors so you need to start by recognizing the kind you are encountering. This sequential series of blog posts covers the fundamentals of diagnosing and troubleshooting an OOM event.
You attempt to run di-preprocess against the master catalog on IBM WebSphere Commerce Enterprise V7.0 Feature Pack 2, or a later feature pack, but the operation fails with the DB2 error SQLCODE=-803, SQLSTATE=23505 on TI_APGROUP_0.
