This fixpack also contains and installs WebSphere Portlet Factory 6.0.2.1, which is the basis for the WebSphere Dashboard Framework product.
Prerequisites WebSphere Dashboard Framework v6.0 must be installed prior to applying this fixpack.
Installation procedure Expand the contents of the fixpack’s .zip file to your machine and execute install.bat.
Follow the instructions on the installation wizard pages and enter the requested information.
To override the existing WebSphere Dashboard Framework installation with the fixpack files, simply enter the directory location of the existing WebSphere Dashboard Framework install.
If you want to install the fixpack files on a different directory than the existing installation, simply enter the new destination directory in the installation pages. The same applies to the Eclipse/Rational® Application Developer installation/setup.
If the fixpack files are installed on top of an existing Eclipse/Rational Application Developer, you may need to perform the steps described in the link below to disable the previous versions of the WebSphere Portlet Factory Designer plug-ins:
