MQ monitoring agent cannot be started with the error KCIIN0206E
Diagnosing The Problem
Operation log file for MQ monitoring agent (<hostname>_mq_<timestamp>.log) shows:
ld.so.1: kmqagent: fatal: libmqmcs.so: open failed: No such file or directory
Resolving The Problem
Add /opt/mqm/lib to the LD_LIBRARY_PATH in <ITMHome>/config/mq.ini
