Problem
How to switch to different Interfaces when viewing a Domino Mailfile with a browser.

Symptom
When troubleshooting an issue with a mailfile viewed from a web browser, it is sometimes useful to switch to a different web interfaces.

Resolving the problem
The following are examples of the most commonly used web interfaces to view a Mailfile from a web browser.
Interface
URL extension:
Domino Web Access/iNotes Full mode?opendatabase&ui=dwa
Domino Web Access/iNotes Lite mode?opendatabase&ui=dwa_lite
iNotes Ultralite mode?opendatabase&ui=dwa_ulite
Domino Web Access/iNotes Portal mode?opendatabase&ui=portal
Domino Webmail Interface?opendatabase&ui=webmail
Display the DWA7 interface on a Domino 8.x server?opendatabase&ui=classic

For example: If the companies website was www.ibm.com and the user's mailfile was JDoe.nsf, then the URL to that mailfile when viewed from a browser would typically be www.ibm.com/mail/JDoe.nsf.

To view John Doe's mailfile in the DWA Lite mode, simply append ?opendatabase&ui=dwa_lite to the end. This would create the following URL: www.ibm.com/mail/JDoe.nsf?opendatabase&ui=dwa_lite

To view John Doe's mailfile in the Webmail interface, simply append ?opendatabase&ui=webmail to the end. This would create the following URL: www.ibm.com/mail/JDoe.nsf?opendatabase&ui=webmail
