Minimum table space requirements for setting up database for spatial operations.

Abstract
With DB2 Spatial Extender V9.7, when you set up a database for spatial operations or upgrade a spatially-enabled database from a previous release, ensure that the database has a system temporary table space with a page size of 8 KB or larger and with a minimum size of 500 pages.
