IBM Support Assistant (ISA) is a cross-product extensible client application that increases your capacity for self-help by making it easier to access support resources. Additionally, it provides automated data collection to gather the necessary information for Rational support to troubleshoot your issue..
You can now automate data collection steps for problems you have with PurifyPlus 7.0 on the Windows platform. ISA Lite for PurifyPlus Windows v7.0 is now available for download.
ISA Lite is a customized subset of the IBM Support Assistant Workbench . This provides ONLY the automated data collection capability for PurifyPlus Windows V7.0. If you do not have ISA installed, and need to provide information for our support team, you can use this to quickly gather the information needed without installing ISA.
