Error description

  • Self-balancing showed unexpected behavior when 2 or more
services with different Virtual IP addresses were
defined to listen on the same port.

"Self-Balanced Service Status" would show incorrect information
such as some of the local or remote services missing.
Requests sent to some services might fail.

The fix makes Self-Balancing work correctly with multiple
    VIPS on the same port.
