IC66310: "SHOW UNFORMATTED" IN PROBE DISPLAYS EXTRA NAMESPACES THAT ARE NOT IN ORIGINAL MESSAGE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Two extraneous namespaces are added to a message nodeset
  display when clicking "Show unformatted" in the Probe.
  
  
  For example:
  
  Sending a request with only one namespace defined:
  
  <soap:Envelope
  xmlns:soap="http://www.w3.org/2001/12/soap-envelope">
  
  This is properly displayed in the "formatted" view of the probe:
  
  <soap:Envelope
  xmlns:soap="http://www.w3.org/2001/12/soap-envelope"
  >
  
  Clicking the "Show Unformatted" link, shows:

Problem summary

• Clicking "Show unformatted" in Probe adds 2 extraneous
  namespaces.
  Reason was that inserting transaction input into internal XML
  structure inherited these namespaces from that structure.
  

Problem conclusion

• This was fixed by inserting a serialized version of the
  transaction data into internal XML structure. This avoids
  inheriting of namespaces.
  Fix is available in 3.7.3.10 and 3.8.0.4.
