Error description
MQExport incorrectly calculates the required expiry time for the response message. This results in some cases an incorrect expiry being used in the response message. The correct behaviour is that the expiry should be derived from the request expiry unless overriden in the MQ header context in the SMO in a mediation response flow.

Problem conclusion
The code was modified to ensure correct setting of expiration time. There are no known side effects associated with this fix. This code fix was targeted to be included in the following fix packs: 6.2.0 Fix Pack 3 (v6.2.0.3) 7.0.0 Fix Pack 3 (v7.0.0.3)
