Abstract
If profiles previously created in WebSphere Process Server or WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus contain a workspace directory, prior to updating to version 6.1.2.0, the update might result in partial success.
 
Content
Prior to updating to version 6.1.2.0, delete the following workspace directory from all profiles in the Process Server or Enterprise Service Bus:

profile_root\wstemp\workspace

Where:
profile_root is the location of a profile in Process Server or Enterprise Service Bus
