Online Self-Help Resources
  • Review up-to-date product information at the ITCAM for WebSphere Product support page.
  • The IBM Tivoli Distributed Monitoring and Application Management Wiki is a place where you can find and contribute information and scenarios about all IBM Tivoli Monitoring version 6-based distributed products. This includes IBM Tivoli Performance Analyzer and IBM Tivoli Composite Application Management products. This Wiki provides a single point where you can access tuning information on ITCAM, best practices, FAQs, hints and tips, recommended maintenance and links to other sources of information.
  • Create a profile via My Notifications for personalized support and access to your favorite features. The My Notifications tool will provide support notifications to subscribers with new or updated System support information.
  • Utilize the IBM Service Request (SR) tool to access the ITCAMfWS Support team when requiring assistance from IBM.
  • Use the IBM Support Assistant (ISA), this free cross product tool assists you in increasing your capacity for self-help. ITCAMfWS has a plug-in for the ISA tool.
  • Install and use the IBM Support Toolbar. This is a stand-alone application that allows you to easily search IBM.com for all types of software support content plus organizes the major areas of not only Software support, but the individual brand support sites into a concise application.
