IBM offers a number of free tools and resources to help you find answers to questions and fixes for issues, as well as stay current on technical updates for your IBM products.
Resources such as the Service Request (SR) tool can help you save time with problem management. In addition, the innovative IBM Support Assistant can help make the support process simpler.

You can quickly learn to use these and other software products by attending focused education modules that are delivered in two monthly teleconferences.
