CEI API call to emitter with TransactionMode.NEW mode causes CWSIS1004E, CWSJR1113E, J2CA0024E: transaction commit errors
In IBM WebSphere Process Server, you can use Common Event Infrastructure (CEI) API functions to emit events to the CEI. These functions are often used to emit custom user events or to emit the events in specific situations. Because the Common Event Infrastructure (CEI) can work outside of the Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE), it cannot override the TransactionMode setting of the CEI container using the TransactionMode.NEW flag. This causes the local transaction in the context of CEI to be committed twice: once by the CEI service that has created this transaction and once by the global transaction container. 10.
