Abstract

This document describes the minimum product levels that must be installed before opening a problem report with the IBM WebSphere Process Server support team.

Content

Because other products frequently ship fixes, updates, and new releases, testing every configuration is not possible. In general, you can install and run with updates to supported products if those updates are forward compatible.

For additional information on available support for configurations that are not included in the following list, refer to support article WebSphere Process Server and WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus has grown and so have your requirements.

Note: Your entitlement to support, if any, depends on your license, your maintenance agreements, or both, for WebSphere Process Server. Support is limited to your use of the relevant prerequisite with a supported WebSphere Process Server product.
