This document describes the minimum product levels that must be installed before opening a problem report with the IBM WebSphere Process Server support team.
Because other products frequently ship fixes, updates, and new releases, testing every configuration is not possible. In general, you can install and run with updates to supported products if those updates are forward compatible.

Note: Your entitlement to support, if any, depends on your license, your maintenance agreements, or both, for WebSphere Process Server. Support is limited to your use of the relevant prerequisite with a supported WebSphere Process Server product.
