Problem
What are the steps for signing up for the weekly flashes and downloads?
 
Solution
To sign up for the weekly flashes and downloads e-mail, go to the My Support facility, at:
http://www.ibm.com/support/mysupport/

If you have not yet registered for My Support, then you can register by clicking on the register link and then entering the required name and mailing information. Otherwise, sign in using the My Support user ID and password.

When in the My Support facility, edit your profile by clicking on the Edit profile tab.
1. Select the Product Category that you are interested in from the drop-down menus. For WebSphere® Remote Server, select Software, then Application Servers, and then Other Application Servers as shown in the following image:



2. Select the WebSphere Remote Server check box.



3. Click Add Products to add it to your profile.

Record your e-mail preferences.
1. Click on the Subscribe to email link.
2. Select Software.
3. Select the check boxes for Downloads and drivers and for Flashes, to indicate what information you want to receive.
4. Click Update.
