This product plug-in extends the IBM® Support Assistant search, support links, and service components.

IBM Support Assistant is a cross-product extensible client application that increases your capacity for self-help by making it easier to access support resources.
IBM Support Assistant allows you to add plug-ins for the IBM products you use, creating a customized support experience for your configuration.
The WebSphere® Remote Server plug-in enhances the Search, Support Links and Service component of IBM Support Assistant.
Following link is for common product plug-in installation instructions. Additional plug-in installation instructions are available in the on-line User Guide that is installed with the IBM Support Assistant.
Technical support for a product plug-in is handled by the product team for that plug-in. If a problem is found to be with the actual IBM Support Assistant code, the product team will escalate the problem to the IBM Support Assistant team for resolution.
