Abstract
This WebSphere® Support Technical Exchange covers strategies for modernizing your SNA network infrastructure and modernizing access to your SNA applications. The network infrastructure portion reviews key technologies that allow you to converge to a single network protocol. Included in this portion is information about using IBM Communication Controller for Linux on System z to replace aging IBM 37xx communication controllers. Alternatives for end user access to your applications are also explored.
