The interim feature release updates the existing product licenses and adds the definition of a concurrent user. This release does not introduce any new functionality.

Due to a change in the digital certificate that is used to sign Windows executable files in IBM Installation Manager, you may experience problems running the installation manager on Microsoft Windows machines. Follow these instructions to upgrade to version 1.8.5.1 of Windows IBM Installation Manager.
Procedure:
1. Go to the Passport Advantage website.
2. Sign in with a valid user ID and password.
3. Use the Find by brand option to locate your product by searching for either the part number, or the product name. The part number is CNG9MML.zip.
4. Download the compressed file.
5. Extract the contents of the compressed file into a temporary directory.
6. Start the launchpad and follow the instructions on screen to complete the installation.

Before you install the interim feature release, ensure that the following components are installed:
- IBM Maximo for Life Sciences 7.6.0
- IBM Maximo Calibration 7.6.0
- IBM Maximo Calibration 7.6.0 Interim Feature Release 1
