New Maintenance Download Wizard
Now Available. The Maintenance Download Wizard will step you through a series of selection panels to identify the recommended maintenance packages for your WebSphere Application Server V7 environment.
- Install the version 7.0 product from the appropriate compact disc or distribution media.
- For customers installing WebSphere maintenance level 7.0.0.3, it is mandatory to use the latest version of Update Installer V7.0 to support all version 7.0.0.3 WebSphere products on the machine.

Install Fix Pack 3 (7.0.0.3) on top of IBM WebSphere Application Server Version 7.0.
The Update Installer is not packaged as part of the Fix Pack download and needs to be acquired separately. To get the Update Installer needed to install this Fix Pack, follow the instructions provided in IBM Update Installer 7.0 for WebSphere Software for Windows.

WebSphere Application Server Fix Pack 3: This Fix Pack must be installed on top of WebSphere Application Server V7.0

Adjustments are required to WebSphere MQ resource adapter configuration when updating WebSphere Application Server Version 7.0 profiles. Users of WebSphere MQ messaging provider, WebSphere MQ link, or the WebSphere MQ server may need to perform some manual steps when changing maintenance levels.
