How critical is this fix pack?
Recommended. This fix pack must be installed on top of WebSphere Application Server V6.1.0.

Known side-effects
An HTTP error code 404 is received when attempting to access precompiled JSP pages that use SDK 1.5 language features, such as enums. JSP precompilation completes successfully, however the JSP pages cannot be loaded because their associated JSP classes cannot be found when attempting to load the page; this should not occur. Replacement is recommended and correcting interim fixes for this error are available here:

Installation Instructions
Install Fix Pack 3 (6.1.0.3) on top of IBM WebSphere Application Server Version 6.1.0.

The Update Installer is not packaged as part of the fix pack download and needs to be acquired seperately. To get the Update Installer needed to install this fix pack, follow the instructions provided in Update Installer for WebSphere Application Server V6.1 releases.
