Error description

• If an included JSP defines a taglib then the including JSP
  fails to compile.

Problem summary

  *                 the tags are used in the main JSP.           *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a JSP uses tags, while the         *

  *                      fragment, the JSP compiler fails        *
  *                      to recognize the tags.                  *

  JSPs using tags defined in an included fragment fail to
  compile properly.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JSP page parser was corrected to link tags defined and
  used in different files, but with all the files belonging to
  the same JSP translation unit.
  
  The fix for this APAR is included in fixpack 6.0.0.2.
