Error description
When running Web Services transactions on a server under a heavy load the client received the following exception: javax.transaction.TransactionRolledbackException: CORBA TRANSACTION_ROLLEDBACK 0x0 No; nested exception is: org.omg.CORBA.TRANSACTION_ROLLEDBACK: and the server traced the following exception: org.omg.CORBA.TRANSACTION_ROLLEDBACK: javax.transaction.TransactionRolledbackException: ; nested exception is: com.ibm.websphere.csi.CSITransactionRolledbackException: vmcid: 0x0 minor code: 0 completed: No at com.ibm.ejs.csi.TranStrategy.commit(TranStrategy.java:729)

The problem was discovered to be a problem in class WSATControlSet where the initialise() method was not thread-safe.
Problem conclusion
Class WSATControlSet will be updated to ensure that the initialise() method is thread-safe. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in 6.0.0.2.
