  • When running Web Services transactions on a server under a
    heavy load the client received the following exception:
    javax.transaction.TransactionRolledbackException:
    CORBA TRANSACTION_ROLLEDBACK 0x0 No; nested exception is:
    org.omg.CORBA.TRANSACTION_ROLLEDBACK:
    and the server traced the following exception:
    org.omg.CORBA.TRANSACTION_ROLLEDBACK:
    javax.transaction.TransactionRolledbackException:  ; nested
    exception is:
    com.ibm.websphere.csi.CSITransactionRolledbackException:
    vmcid: 0x0  minor code: 0  completed: No
    at com.ibm.ejs.csi.TranStrategy.commit(TranStrategy.java:729)

    when running Web Services transactions on a heavily loaded
    server, the client received a TransactionRolledbackException
    and a TransactionRolledbackException was recorded on the
    server. The problem was discovered to be a problem in
    class WSATControlSet where the initialise() method was not
    thread-safe.
