PM96556: ADMINHOST PORTS ADDED TO FEDERATED APPSERVER DURING MIGRATION

Error description

When migrating a federated appserver to v8.5, WC_adminhost and
WC_adminhost_secure ports are created when they are not needed.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: WC_adminhost endpoints are being        *
*                      unnecessarily added to federated        *
*                      application servers.                    *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

Even when WC_adminhost endpoints do not exist in the old
profile, migration is forcing them into the serverindex.xml of
the new profile.

Problem conclusion

WC_adminhost and WC_adminhost_secure are no longer added to
the serverindex.xml if they do not exist in the source release
before migration.

APAR PM96556 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Packs
8.0.0.8 and 8.5.5.2 of WebSphere Application Server V8.0 and
V8.5.

Sysroute APAR PM98759 will be used to deliver this fix in
WebSphere Application Server V7.0 for z/OS.
