Error description

• Configuring a mail session using the properties file based
  configuration option failed to create the mailTransportProtocol
  attribute.
  
  The attribute will get created while creating the mail session
  using administrative console.
  
  The server might fail to start with the following exception
  after creating the mail session on the server scope using
  properties file based configuration.

  The MailTransportProtocol attribute is incorrectly defined in
  the MailSession property file template and the problem has
  been resolved in V8.0 and higher.  The APAR is to backport
  PM62866 and PM63160 to WebSphere Application Server V7.0.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR is to backport PM62866 and PM63160 to V70.
  
  In PM62866, we have introduced a new system property to use
  the correct mail session property file template.
  
  The system property can be set via wsadmin or console.
  
  In wsadmin local mode (via -javaoption)
  
  wsadmin -conntype none -lang jython -javaoption
  "-Dcom.ibm.websphere.management.useValidPropertyFile=true"
  
  For server processes, it can be set either using wsadmin
  AdminTask.setJVMSystemProperties command or through the
  administrative console.
  
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.31.  Please refer to the Recommended
