Error description

• Second sshexec target in ant script does not return standard
  output from destination target.
  
  To reproduce,
  (1) In a build.xml script, invoke <sshexec> task twice in the
  same ANT Project

  (2) The first invocation will show the contents of the home
  directory
  
  (3) The second invocation will NOT show the contents of the home
  directory

Problem summary

  When the sshexec task is invoked in a build, the
  standard output is closed on the first invocation so output
  from subsequent invocations is not seen.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added ant fix for the issue.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 7.0.0.29, 8.0.0.7, and the fix pack following
