PM81105: LocalTransactionExceeption thrown during commit was wrapped as heuristic XAException

Error description

A combination of a property of the datasource and the fact
that the commit() throws a LocalTransactionException then the
wrapper will not simply throw a XAException.XA_HEURHAZ, but
will instead throw XAException.XA_RB.  This will avoid the
heuristic reporting.

The LocalTransactionException thrown during a commit call in
the specific scenario can be wrapped as an XAException with a
RollBack code instead of a HeuristicComplete code.

Problem conclusion

The fix will wrap the LocalTransactionException as an
XAException with a RollBack code in the specific scenario
provided the JVM property
"com.ibm.ws.j2c.XARBonLocalTransactionException" is set to
true on the application server.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.31, 8.0.0.8 and 8.5.5.1.  Please refer to the
