    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    When NodeGroup scope is used for default inbound SSL
    configuration, the WebSphere Application Server fails to start
    because SSL configuration code fails to enumerate the list of
    NodeGroup names due to a NullPointerException.

Problem conclusion

  • With this fix, NodeGroup names are enumerated properly, and
    WebSphere Application Server starts properly.

    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    fix pack 8.0.0.6 and 8.5.0.2. Please refer to the Recommended
