Problem summary

interceptors.  This can cause errors later like authentication
or authorization errors.

Problem conclusion

Added a check to see if second pass checking is needed.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.29, 8.0.0.6, and 8.5.0.2.  Please refer to
